What is Printing of Garments?
Printing is a decorative coloration process that is set by a specific design. There are many types of printing processes used for garments products.
Objectives of Printing QC inspection
The objective of
printing inspection is to ensure that the Printing production is going to be
acceptable in order to proceed with sewing to minimize and control garment
rejection due to Printing mistakes.

Procedure
Factory Quality inspector shall be stationed at printing plant full time under the supervision of Cutting QC responsible for Printing and Embroidery Quality. Shall check every piece of the entire bundle for Quality/Quantity and maintain Printing Inspection Report. Shall follow Bundle Chart and ensure the entire Cut received is as per its Quantity and numbering sequence. Any panel is to be returned for rectifying shall be recorded in this report and shall ensure that each panel is returned to each bundle after correction or replacement. QA Manager and Cutting In-Charge shall be informed by Cutting QC if any delay of replacing part or missing parts remaining without replacement. QC shall ensure each bundle that is going to be issued to the line will be acceptable for Quality and Quantity as well. Responsibility shall be delegated to the Printing Plant about standards and each panel to be checked for quality points advised by the factory QC and for its quantity. Cutting Q.C. shall submit this report to the Q.A. Manager on daily basis.
