Final Inspection room in Garments Industry

Final Inspection room is also known as ‘Final Audit room’ where buyer QC inspect finished products, evaluate sample, arrange pre-production meeting and other buyers QC’s task. There is a final inspection room in every garment industry to inspect finished products. Inspection room is only for customer QC’s task. Inspection room is very much restricted, controlled by the customer inspector, only very few people are allowed to assist the customer/ buyer QC inspector.

Inspection Room lighting standard

For the garments industry, two types of light are best for inspection, artificial daylight (D65) is good for product inspection. And CWF light is good for shade checking, the lighting requirement is a minimum of 1000 lx.

20-degree centigrade or 68-degrees Fahrenheit

Nothing so much to discuss on garments inspection room layout. A designated room for one customer to proceed final inspection activities. There should be an inspection table, color should be grey.
