Short pant with side pocket & back patch pocket Sewing Process
A short pant is an apparel product with its wide variety of use. This can be wearable as casual wear, sportswear,
Nightwear etc. But in modern fashion world it is used as a fancy product. This is a shorts item operation breakdown
which has two front forwarded side pockets, nonfunctional fly, two patch pockets in back, waist band with inner tie
& crotch tape. For example, order quantity for this item is 5000 PCs with Lead time 6 weeks. This analysis is done by
Logic Software followed by synthetic data analysis.
Product SMV= 18.55, in which m/c SMV= 14.24, manual SMV = 4.31
No. of m/c in layout= 53, no of assistant operator= 17
