Nowadays Bangladeshi Fashion industry facing many challenges for many local and foreign competitors. We did a SWOT Analysis of the current situation of the Bangladeshi Fashion Industry. This SWOT analysis was done on Bangladeshi Fashion house 'Sada Kalo', their many fashion house may face the same situation like 'Sada Kalo, hope this writing would help you.

Threats of
Bangladeshi Fashion Industry
1. Local ten brands & Brac organiztion Arong with their
uniue design & same product segmentation.
2. Top three competitors with their fusion &
multicultural products as per market demand.
3. People now-a-days doesn't remember brands in absense of
promotion.
4. Absense of market analysis can leads to make products
which are not customer interest.
5. One deprartment advocacy leads to take diversified
decision & lack of goal oriented team.
6. Lack of support to production supplier may leads to them
other vendors.
7. Two months of design & market lead time can helps
competitor brands come up with new innovation.
8. Absense of HR, IT, Inventory control & logistics leads
improper planning, follow-up & execution.
