What Skills Do You Need to Have Before Going into The Corporate?
The delicious food of the different regions is just like everyone's favorite and also a job favorite. Do you know what job is called in the language of the mouth? It compared to hand moir.
Just like the people around you are suffering from depression after losing your job, you may also suffer from depression when you see that the opportunity to get one job after another is being lost.
So I was saying that before you go to the job sector, if you develop your skills and become full and face the job holders, then what happens? Certainly not bad. You can throw away the challenge. Either way, you need it very much then it will be easy to prove it in their company.
But why delay? Let's take a look at some of the things you must experience before entering the job sector. For example:
1) Communication Competency
Just as Bangla is our favorite language as a mother tongue so is English as an international language and a language that is acceptable and recognized by all.
You know what? In the corporate sector, but the minimum communication is done in this language, in the professional sector!
And if you are interested in freelancing or studying abroad, I would say that no matter what you do, start working on learning French, Japanese, Chinese, etc. from now on. And be able to easily communicate with foreign clients.
And increasing communication skills means you can't say how close you are to success!
2) Computer Literacy
Well, in this modern age, can you think of the corporate sector without computer skills? Is it really possible to get a good job without this skill?
Surely the answers to the questions will come - no, right? That's normal.
The world will continue to change according to its own rules, the times will continue to change and you will have to go through life keeping pace with all these.
With the digital age, you have to update your skills. Or how to survive?
If you want to know this time, what are the computer-related knowledge on the subject? Then I will say:
i. Microsoft Office
ii. Graphics Design
iii. Web development
iv. HTML, CSS, C ++, JAVA
v. IT-related others
vi. Website making etc.
3) Work Experience
Hey, are you a fresher? No work experience? This job is not for freshers. This position is for an experienced person. So I can't give you the job.
Believe me, honestly, if you don't have any work experience, then from today onwards you should mentally prepare to listen to these words. This is a very normal thing.
So I was saying, try to get 2/1 work experience. If you have a very small job or low paid job, then do not miss the opportunity to stick to the job for some time. You can gain a lot of practical experience as well as a CV you can show it as work experience. Not bad - right?
4) Volunteering Work
Do you feel comfortable working with strangers? Do you want to hide in front of them? Do you feel hesitant to communicate with them? Do you lose your confidence? Do you face many problems like that sometimes?
The reason is that you have no experience working with new people or with strangers. And one way to overcome such inertia is to do volunteer work. Working with hundreds of people can help you gain as much practical knowledge as you can. You will be able to overcome the inertia.
Imagine for a second you were transposed into the unfamiliar driven world. What would you do if you were a stranger to a corporate label? Be sure to start preparing. There are various organizations that occasionally hire volunteers to organize a program, you can start working with them.
5) Presentation Proficiency
Hey, you are studying in the university but you still can't stand in front of everyone and talk for five minutes? And when will you be able to tell?
Sometimes the Sir, of the college must call you in class and ask you to give a five-minute lecture on 'products'. And then you go to Kupokat.
Well, why is that, can you tell? Is giving a five-minute lecture a big deal?
Say it, you don't sing humming occasionally? If you can sing for five minutes, why can't you lecture for five minutes? This is a skill without which you can't think of a corporate label without making a mistake. There are many types of presentations on a corporate label that will undoubtedly fall on you. Body movement will also be observed, so you have to try to pay attention to everything.
That's why I was saying that before you go to the corporate label, weld your presentation skills. There are different types of programs and competitions. Join them with the presentation. Practice yourself and learn from thousands of videos on YouTube on how to be good at presentation.
6) Project planning
A new project has recently been initiated with 'tea' from the company. And Mr.’X’(you) will plan this project.
You must be surprised to hear that if you do not have any such work experience. There are many such jobs but waiting for you at the corporate label.
But the thing is, how ready are you? Do you have any previous experience in planning a project? If not, think about how much of a problem you are likely to face at the corporate level, you know?
So, you need to be involved in various project planning work from now on to prepare. You can also get through volunteer work.
7) Leadership
For the country, just like the Prime Minister, the leader of the house like father, the leader of the university like VC, the leader of the college like the principal, the leader of the school like the headmaster, you also have to be qualified to be a leader.
We have to make a firm commitment to take the organization forward by doing all the work effectively together. You have to have the skill to understand everyone, you have to have the morale to solve any complex problem, you have to take new initiatives.
This time, you say, where do you get these qualities from before you get a job? Surely one way to achieve these is to work in different organizations. In a word, to be more involved in voluntary work.
One last thing,
After acquiring the above skills, you don't have to face the employers and see for yourself the truth of the words. Among the hundreds of candidates, your name will be the first to appear just like you dreamed about the job. But who will stop you? Go ahead with strong morale!
