Getting sustainable product quality through continuous quality improvement to meet customer quality requirement and high customer satisfaction. - Our goal is to achieve defect percentage to 3% in Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing.
- Zero percent Final Audit Fail and Less than 1.50% defects in the customer checking in overseas.
- Achieve housekeeping as per 5S requirement in every section.
- Achieve less than 3.50% submitted quality level defects percentage in final Quality Audit.
